Qbacki is a DJ from Drawsko Pomorskie, Poland, who began his musical journey in 2019, learning the art of DJing under the guidance of the Deep Sesje crew. Since then, he has been steadily developing his unique style, blending techno, progressive house, and house into emotionally charged and energetic sets.
His expressive performance style and natural charisma behind the decks make every event unforgettable—Qbacki doesn’t just mix tracks, he engages with the crowd, dancing and vibing alongside them to create a truly shared experience.

Mokhtar El Hamdouchi, known by his musical moniker Martyre, is a Moroccan-born electronic music producer and DJ whose artistic path is as diverse as the sounds he creates. His journey began at the age of 12, not with turntables and synthesizers, but with the methodical precision of classical training. Within the hallowed halls of Morocco's National Conservatory of Music and Choreographic Art, he honed his skills on the guitar, immersing himself in the fundamentals of music theory. This classical grounding would prove to be the foundation upon which he would build his unique sonic identity.

Not content with just the strings of a guitar, Martyre's curiosity soon led him to the violin, further expanding his musical vocabulary. But at 16, a new world of sound beckoned. The pulsating rhythms and infectious energy of electronic music captured his imagination. He delved into the art of beatmaking, collaborating with local rappers in Morocco's burgeoning hip-hop scene.
Life, however, rarely follows a straight line. Education took Martyre to China, a land of vibrant culture and untapped potential. Here, an unexpected twist of fate awaited him. His first job in Shanghai was far from the world of music production – he became a promoter, working his way up to become one of the city's most sought-after names in the bustling nightlife scene.

This experience wasn't just about navigating the world of nightclubs; it was an immersion in the world of electronic dance music. Martyre rubbed shoulders with international superstars like Steve Aoki, Skrillex, KSHMR, and R3HAB. But it was his encounter with R3HAB, a fellow Moroccan artist, that truly ignited a passion within him. Seeing the love R3HAB received in China planted a seed. Martyre realized the boundless potential of electronic music to connect people across cultures.

Inspired, Martyre embarked on a new chapter. He traded club promotion for DJ gear and delved into the art of mixing and producing electronic music. His initial forays into the scene saw him perform at iconic Shanghai venues like Hollywood nightclub, showcasing his skills alongside other rising stars in China's EDM scene.
However, a move to Canada marked a shift in Martyre's focus. He temporarily stepped away from the DJ booth, dedicating himself to mastering the art of music production. This period of introspective exploration led him to discover the darker, more intricate sounds of melodic techno and progressive house. Artists like Tale of Us, Mathame, Artbat, and Fideles became his sonic guides.

The culmination of this exploration was a collaboration with the legendary Moroccan singer Hamid El Kasri . Together, they crafted "HVMDVCIA," a melodic techno track released on Palm Therapy Sounds, one of Morocco's biggest electronic music labels. This release, along with several remixes and follow-up tracks in 2023, cemented Martyre's place in the melodic techno scene.

Martyre's vision extends beyond his own production. He aspires to create experiences that transcend the boundaries of music. His goal is to take listeners on an "auditory adventure," crafting sets that are unique and transformative. This ambition is further reflected in his upcoming project – KryptiK. Envisioned as a multifaceted creative force, KryptiK will encompass a record label, event organization, and brand, with its inaugural event scheduled for the summer of 2024.

From the discipline of classical training to the frenetic energy of nightclubs, Martyre's artistic journey is a testament to his insatiable curiosity and dedication to his craft. As he continues to explore the sonic possibilities of electronic music, one can only wait with anticipation to see where his adventurous spirit and creative vision will take him next.

I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
