Hey everyone! My name's MiDO, And I'm a remix artist like everyone else on Sound Test. I've done a few Sonic remixes on my music channel and own personal soundcloud, but this is a Sound Test exclusive-- Quartz Quadrant Catastrophic Mix! A remix of the Japanese version of the BGM for Quartz Quadrant Bad Future from Sonic CD! I completely re-made the "Ooh, we're gonna rock this place!" sample using a "ooh/woo" sound that was used in Mania's Stardust Speedway ACT 2 BGM.  Fun fact: The guy saying "we're gonna rock this place" is actually from KISS, and the sample came from a KISS concert!

So... it's been awhile, huh? I've been working on this sucker for a few months now and I think I'm ready to release it now. I'm planning to do the same for the rest of the soundtrack, but who knows, I'm terrible at staying constant.

Asides that however, I hope you enjoy it! I should have more time to post tracks with it being summer and all. So expect more to follow. ^^

I'm Jass, one of the guys in charge of Sonic Overture. I love FM synth and old synthesizers/samplers.

Most of what I do revolves around the use of FM instrumentation, mainly the YM2612 sound chip used on the Sega Genesis; but I do make stuff outside of it. I tend to do a lot of 80's pop and Fusion. (And now mashups I guess?) I have an unhealthy obsession with the KORG M1.

I also make games, mmh yeah, that's about it.

Oh and I'm also inconsistent at naming things, just a heads up.
