Enlightenment rendition of Raag Rageshree
There is an old famous tale where Satguru Nanak Dev ji Met a cannibal on his travels in India. Mardana, Satguru Nanak Dev ji's friend, got kidnapped whilst looking for food in the foothills of Assam, by Koda Rakshas the cannibal. Koda usually kidnapped his victims, taking them to his abode where he woulld have a big coldron and would basically FRY his victims. Mardana was helplessly tied down and was about to be butchered by Koda, at that moment Satguru Nanak Dev Ji appeared. Just by Looking at him Koda felt this presence he had never felt before. He reached enlightenment and realised God is within everyone and everything. This precise moment he felt complete and utter oneness.
Demons and Gods, its all one people. Just be happy and give everyone love man! Lets Forget hatred and Jealousy, the change of the world starts within.
For this track i tried to imagine what Koda Rakshas would of felt on seeing the beautiful face of Nanak. Just emancipated in pure love.
