This album emerged from a collaborative process that began years ago through conversations about the Idle No More movement for Indigenous land rights. Jarrett and Stefan met at Camas Books & Infoshop (Unceded Lekwungen Territory) at a discussion about the connections to be made between the Quebec student strike uprising against neoliberalism in 2012 and other social movements locally and globally.

Over the years, Jarrett and Stefan kept the connection going, and in 2023 they finally began collaborating on music. This album is the result. It mixes lo-fi piano recordings, synth and digital processing, and field recordings. This album was created on unceded Indigenous territories and largely took place as Jarrett and Stefan corresponded about respectively finding ways to express solidarity with the Palestinian people in their creative practices and art, and joining the protest movement to lift up Palestine in their respective city places (Vancouver and Montreal). This album happens in this context and is a testament to careful and thoughtful engagement and friendship over many years.

STAR WARS : The Last Jedi Trailer 2 Full Music

I've basically become obsessed with the music featured in the "Prometheus" trailer. So much so, I've totally lost interest in the movie. I think it's worth noting that when the trailer audio is better than the movie's OST, there is a problem. 

I searched around for the original audio, which is derived from Audiomachine's "Judge and Jury." The screams were added in post. 

While I found the base track, I didn't have the screams. So I ripped them right out of the trailer. And then used some of the trailer audio in the beginning and towards the end with the huge crescendo. I also threw in a few seconds of Hans Zimmer's "Waiting for a Train" from the Inception OST and a screech from Ramin Djawadi's "The Unborn" OST at the tail end, just to add some suspense and horror.
