Violinse - Obscura Opera - Gary Gibbons

Bristol based Producer, Stian Vedøy has over 15 years experience in Music Production. His love for multi-layering brought him to do a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Music Engineering & Production, finishing with distinction. Having produced dozens of artists including folk, pop, soul, funk and metal has made Stian an experienced producer and mixing engineer.

Songwriting was the catalyst of Stian's real love and passion for music. Since writing his first song at 13, he has written songs in the hundreds for his own projects, for other artists and in collaboration with other songwriters. He also has experience in top-lining as well as writing songs for TV. Stian gives most of his songwriting focus to his Bristol based indie alt-pop duo, Firewoodisland.

Studying piano from the age of 6 in Norway, Stian is a classically-trained pianist. Coupled with a keen ear for musicality and details, he has composed works of beautiful simplicity to epic commercial trailer pieces for film, TV and advertising. He's written music for The White House, Subaru, Toyota and Publix to name a few. 2020 saw the light of Selsom - an Ambient/Neo Classical outlet for Stian's personal compositions.

Max Richardson is a composer and producer based in Merseyside. His works are diverse, spanning from classical compositions to avant-garde electronica. Max’s works have previously been performed by members of the RLPO, alongside garnering national airplay on media outlets including BBC and CNN. 

Max’s creative practice draws heavily from his background as a classical pianist and sound designer. Combined with his love for electronic music, his works often merge multiple genres and styles, and utilise found sounds, field recordings and meticulously recorded studio instruments to craft unique soundscapes, rich in depth and emotional nuance. Max is writing this about himself in the third person, and hoping that nobody has read this far.
