MACY EP: Lullaby.

June 2020 - MACY is an artist, composer, and producer who brings a personal touch to his blend of electronic music. Recently, he released a new studio EP titled “Lullaby,” which stands out as a great calling card for this Italian-born artist.

The EP features 4 studio tracks, highlighting MACY’s creative potential and diverse approach to music production. The song “Fade” is one of the highlights, featuring tasty synth bass lines with a retro feel, as well as tech-inspired drum arrangements, driving the song forward. “Black Hole” is one of the most atmospheric songs on the EP, and it features some huge, cinematic melodies and soundscapes that add more depth to the mix, without compromising in terms of energy and power. 

“Beggar” is a true banger, with some aggressive bass lines and an upbeat groove, making it a perfect addition to any club playlist looking for songs that also have more melody and great vocals. The track “Don’t Give Up” follows along a similar thread, but it has a deeper focus on building catchy melodies and textures, by layering synth sounds and going for a soothing blend of ambient sounds and new-wave style synthesizers, with some of the best vocals on the EP.
