After his Leaf Blower Swing EP in 2020 JAY PHONIC (@jay-phonic) is back in the forest with his new single STICKY CHOIR featuring JAY PHONIC’s Original Mix and two remixes by GUZY (@davidguzy) and KENT KAINA (@kent-kaina).

JAY PHONIC, our good fellow and synthesizer dab hand from the neighborhood presents his spherical dub-space-techno track STICKY CHOIR, a seven-minute journey through wonderful inspirational soundscapes.

While GUZY’s remix intents more on the melodic elements of the original, KENT KAINA, who makes his debut on IBT, created a more “techno-minded” version of STICKY CHOIR. We hope You enjoy our new release.

Jay Phonic - Sticky Choir (Original Mix)

This is Copenhagen-based duo Baime's second EP on their own but the two Danes have already established themselves as solid players on the international scene. It is safe to say that these three tracks have been produced with a feeling of home in mind. There's a hopeful notion to the tracks, but with a hint of melancholy. Hope and lust for freedom, for dancing, and for community - and an almost painful aching at the same time.

"Basilike" and "Semele" are both powerful and personal in their expression, probably because the duo recorded the tracks using mostly analog gear and homemade percussion and drums. "Jabal", on the other hand, is inspired by the Middle East with an incorporated sound bit that leaves the listener feeling like "Jabal" could be a long lost cousin of Baime's earlier hit track "The Damned".

It's taken the duo one and a half years to finish this EP, and it's well worth the wait. These guys deliver quality over quantity and only release a track when it's been thoroughly tested, refined, and then vetted by other industry experts. Baime's latest release is not your regular run-of-the-mill electronic production. Instead, listeners should expect quality sounds, stellar percussion bits, and lots and lots of passion. It's just what we need to gear up for a brighter future.

The song instantly takes you to a funky baseline. But, Eka's colorful tones radiate emotion and the need for two souls to reconnect. The call and response between the two artists create an equilibrium.

The EP includes unique remixes from Not Demure and Odagled. Not Demure shares an instrumental, organic house version of the song. He delivers a new, dreamy lead synth to take your breath away during the break.

Odagled, new to the Idyllik family, brings a darker version of 'Stay.' He retains the vocals but adds more depth and gloom. Altogether, the EP is nurturing and invigorating.

Back this time with Annuna Music's , this time with Lerm and Bouzidi, this ep consists of two tracks, one original by Bouzidi and one collaborative by the two artists.

'Overthinking Kills', the title track, is a deep and powerful melodic electronic beat, full of energy and melodious layers, while having a big impact! This track is capable of tearing up the dancefloor.
