Although AirPLVNE had no initial intent on being a rapper, he has always had an appreciation for music, stemming from close family. "The whole family loved music", he says. "My mama, uncles, and cousins all had their part in passing it on to me".



Born Joey Vandell Brown on November 24th, 1990, he grew up in Chester, South Carolina, a small rural area with very little notoriety, especially in the music scene. Despite being a stellar student, Joey was never consistently in school. "School was always easy to me when it came down to doin' the work", Joey says. "I just always had a 'my way' attitude. It was never me trying to stand out. That's been me the whole way." Joey began to pursue a music career at age 14 as a rapper, but was no stranger to music. Being a band student also contributed to his knowledge and style. "I had been rapping, probably since I was 11, but I didn't begin to Have a passion for it  till i was about 19. Rapping always gave me a outlet you know? Clears the mind. Plus, I know my story can reach others like me".



Here years later, PLVNE has begun to pursue greatness as an artist, businessman, and philanthropist, using his downfalls and his loved ones as inspiration. "My music isn't influenced by other rappers or a lifestyle that i want, but by the life i live 'cause if it wasn't for that it wouldn't be a 'AirPLVNE'”. With his unique musical attributes and dedication to being a reputable businessman, AirPLVNE is an entrepreneurial force on the rise.
