Heaven on Earth are just two people ... Pauly and Joe. They met back in 1979. At the end of a European tour, Joe was asked by Pauly to produce her first album (Lady's Fire) for CBS Europe.  They became an item in 1982 when they married and then went on to get signed as a duo on Atlantic Records NYC debuting their first joint LP 'Dedication' from which the single 'On An Angel's Wing' was released. So popular was this record that no less then 8 re-mixes were made for the clubs. Angel's Wing can be hear on SoulBeats 4 along with Karyn White and George Benson. Today? They are still very active in the studio writing, recording and performing and now their son Paul Antonio Ortiz (a.k.a. Chimpspanner) is making some serious waves in the biz. A very unique family of musicians for the 21st century ;-)
