Kezzabelle, Push Cart Prize nominee, 11th Bard of Northampton, is a published performance poet who playfully weaves her wit, wisdom and humour into her one-woman spoken word show 'Permission To Love Yourself’.

She loves expressing & connecting through her 'Weaving Words' creative writing workshops too, giving people ‘Permission To Speak’ (her 5th book & audio).

Kezzabelle wrote her first poem age 12, her teacher graded her work A+ but then crossed it out, writing underneath 'is this aĺl your own work?' Kezzabelle didn’t write another poem for over 30 years!

The first poem written as an adult was simply her trying to work her life stuff out at a difficult time. The poem 'Complicated Love' was so revealing to herself that she hid it. Pouring her thoughts, feelings and observations onto the page has helped her through a break down, divorce and very challenging situations. Her pen has literally become 'a tool for life' which is why she's so passionate about helping others to do the same.

The once shy little girl now openly shares life experiences connecting through her poetry which ranges from sassy, sensual, spiritual, raw, marvellous and sometimes down right mischievous!

Kezzabelle performs and tours around the country baring all in her craft, aiming to bless & encourage whoever crosses her path. Her love of people & words is boundless. x

Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Soul, Breaks, Your typical hip hop breaks digging DJ, Producer, & Turntablist. More into old skool hip hop than the stuff that gets lots of radio airplay. Which hopefully transcends into my style of production which is mainly sample based at the moment. Just building a catalogue of tracks for the label "Gaijin Records". Watch this space.
