Misty emerged onto the Canadian music scene in 1998 after being influenced greatly by her musical family. Playing solo shows and eventually putting a band behind her, she quickly began honing her songwriting craft and performance skills and took it to the streets and stage. Misty went on to front Universal Recording Artists, The Yoko Casionos, writing songs, playing guitar,bass and lead vocals for over 10 years. Every song from her last efforts with The Yoko Casionos Debut Album These Are The New Old Times, was placed in television and film. She has more recently been co-writing as well as playing bass, keys, vocals and even some drums in  Vancouver's Combine The Victorious, all the while stockpiling her own songs and contemplating her next move, some of which she has been sharing over the past while on Soundcloud and other social media sites. If her more recent posts reflect the explosive direction she is headed in, we should look forward to her continuing her journey.
