- Started out as a space filler for a slick new underground events team called The Dirty Sound Lab at their second event in October 2018, 3 months after picking the mic up for the first time at their launch party. 

- Won the Dj R3DXMc competition alongside another MC the same month, soon after taking an opportunity from bossman TQ to perform regularly alongside other dnb artists on the award winning Rough Tempo Radio - streaming live bi weekly hosting on the mic for Dj Teknee on the Hitop show. 

Since working independently and branching out in early 2019, JL has worked with some huge names in the scene, hosting sets alongside well known names such as:

HARRY SHOTTA / STARZ AND DEEZA / AGRO / ALCEMIST / AMPLIFY / BELLYMAN / CRABBY / CRAKEY / CHUCKY / CO’D / DAZMAN / FLEXXA / HAVOK / IRONLUNG / JAMATIX / JAYLINE / KONIC / KREECHA / 


JL has featured on flyers for Innovation uk parties since late 2018  (shout outs to JEKZ @ THE DNB BIBLE FAMILY), performing highlights so far include opening and closing Inno in the Dam 2019s ARENA 2 .. 

Since then you may have caught JL hitting flyers for Breakin Science, Riddim Central, Dance Culture, Dirty Sound Lab events, and many more!

You can find him regularly hosting shows on the fantastic Kent Radio station CODE RED RADIO, performing alongside what can only be described as the best up and coming ensemble of drum and bass talent. 

More recently ...

- Ceo and founder of NE HOOD DNB - a 6 man dnb group comprised of 3 DJs and 3 MCs. Est 2020.

- Joined and represents Sumerian Sounds Events, Digital Disorder Records, Too Dam Raw Crew; all hosting headline Drum and Bass DJ shows on YouTube and Facebook.
