(2009)

This is a project for an MTSU recording class that earned me an API Visionary Scholarship.

It is a collaboration with Joseph Williams (The Orion Lion) and Aaron C. Harmon. We focused the track to use a collection of organic and inorganic elements to make something special. You'll hear a loop-based funk section with girl/guy vocals, horns, violin and an analog synthesizer freaking out.

This is a fun experiment using the stock instruments in Logic for electronic set. The track was composed for the Society of Electronic Music at MTSU's second compilation.

This really was an experiment of playing with sounds from a software package I got.  It's dark and brooding and has a really laid back groove.
