Heptathlete Jade O'Dowda and hammer thrower Jake Norris speak at the Manchester International, previewing the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

Hannah Cockroft and Bebe Jackson also join to look forward to the World Para Athletics Championships, which are taking place in New Delhi from 27 September to 5 October.

Rebecca Perry tells us about her bid to take on the heptathlon at next month's European Masters Athletics Championships in Madeira. Perry, who is a lawyer and mother to twins, was originally known as a sprinter, before taking an extended break from the sport seven years ago.

I think this was my first dub set ever. It was 3h set recorded live at the decks (both Pioneer and Technics) and some of the tracks played from vinyl, especially breakbeat ones. And it was first time that I got hand on dub siren and improvised :D

Een week na de race op Phillip Island is het MotoGP-circus in Sepang voor de Grand Prix van Maleisië. Iemand die er wederom niet bij is en we nu ook definitief de rest van het seizoen niet meer op de motor gaan zien is Marc Márquez. De kampioen van dit seizoen liep in Indonesië een zware schouderblessure op en heeft donderdag bekendgemaakt niet meer in actie te komen dit seizoen. Het spektakel is daarmee zeker niet verdwenen, zo zagen we in Australië. Wat kunnen we van dit weekend in Maleisië verwachten? We blikten erop vooruit met Ziggo Sport Racing-commentator Frank Weeink.

Coming out of the Hardcore period... 
Silvio Aquila (Arend Hebers) started listening to (hard)trance, hardhouse and techno. But then he discovered Hardstyle!

Silvio Aquila began to mix in 2003 in a local youth centre on the holy Technics turntables.

In 2006 he was asked to join a dj team consisting of 4 dj's & 1 mc, thanks to this he got a chance to present himself to the 'outside world'. Unfortunately this dj-team decided to split up and everybody went their way in 2007...

Afterwards Silvio explored more places in the the Netherlands, abroad and slowly building his reputation. In 2008 he became a resident dj of the well-known online Harder Styles radio FearFM. 

Left his mark on party's like Vroeger Was Alles Beter, Hardclassics, Back2school, Indicator, Decibel and more.These days Silvio Aquila still performs, in the Netherlands and abroad.
