206 A$$A$$IN is a one man band who formed in 2012. He has achieved massive success in his home town of Seattle,Wa as well as in other states in the U.S. & abroad.  He released his first album "This Is 4 Tha Hood" Vol 0. in 2007 with 10 more albums that followed right behind that one, independently.  

206 A$$A$$IN was influenced by all genres of music but grew up listening to soul music, rap & funk. As a young boy the 206 A$$A$$IN's grandmother brought him his first drum set & had a baby grand piano in the living room which he would play on the regular basis as well as being the back up drummer in the church choir by age seven.  Although he goes in pretty hard lyrically from the streets, he was first influenced in church.

He plays numerous instruments & has a sound like no other, he has an original sound that he calls "The 206 Knock".  206 A$$A$$IN stays in the studio & busy on new art all the time,  look forward to hearing a lot of new things in the future from this artist.  

Seattle "The Album" was released in 2017 & won album/mixtape of the year at the Seattle Sound Music Awards. Bay Undaground.com says this about 206 A$$A$$IN, The artist is quite a craftsman as he effortlessly creates verses with decent rhymes and he fluently matches his lines with the beats. The album starts with an incredible title track which amazed me by all account. 206 has not only proved his vocal and producer's delivery, but also brought more sophisticated lyrics which tell about ruthless and cruel street life.
