We’re excited to announce ‘Soon’ (MANT006), coming from debut artist, oliver. It’s a real honour to be chosen by an artist for their debut release, and we think you’ll enjoy the journey as he drifts between ambient, downtempo electronica, and techno.

'Possession', the stunning opening track, is an ethereal vignette capturing the melancholic atmosphere of late night and early morning. The EP's immersive title track, ‘Soon’, effortlessly layers pads and melodies that combine to provide moments of both introspection and euphoria. 'Tripped' and 'Melt' complete the EP's original material, and are as well suited to a Sunday drive as they are to the dance floor.

As is tradition Ian DPM, the previous EP artist, takes the lead on remix duties. Featuring on his 3rd consecutive Mantissa EP, he imprints his distinctive style on 'Possession', and expertly closes the record with a take that is vibrant, trippy and club ready.

exploration des énergies syncopées gravitant autour des mouvements
ghetto tech, acid et jungle.

Il fait son grand saut à Shanghai où il y sera DJ résident pendant 2 ans.
De B2B en sous-sols de centres commerciaux aux pagodes, cette
scène underground nourrira son esprit expérimental et frondeur.

De retour en France, il devient résident de la Pinata Radio à Montpellier
et publie son premier EP Running Out (Les Disques du Lobby 2023)
accompagné d’un live.

Depuis, il arpente les lieux friands de ses breaks déconstruits
surchauffés, qui le guidera de Rinse France jusqu’au Macadam de
Nantes.
