@fauxpoly welcomes @jaycarder to the family with her debut EP 'Entropy', a headsy blend of UK bass, techno and breakbeat.

The record's opening track, 'Eva's Stoned', is a heavyweight 4/4 techno club tool. Rolling layers of drums are peppered with choice vocal cuts from Jay’s good friend Eva, which were pulled from late night voice notes shared between them.

It's 10am. Sunlight radiates through the shutters in the Steam Room at London's Fold. Almost half way through Neighbourhood's 24 hour party, people are in their element. Some have been dancing all night; others are arriving fresh. The mood is excellent.

This is one of my favourite sets I have ever played. A deep, moody and energising journey heading into the second half of Neighbourhood's electrifying 15th birthday celebrations. Big up Tasha for having me play. No one does it better!

Rooted in Indian ancestry and a rich musical lineage, she honours sound as a bridge between worlds – ancestral and modern, earthly and ethereal. She's put together an eclectic mix of artists including Gaslamp Killer, Baaba Maal, Shikor Bangladesh All Stars and more.
