Paradise Loops is a groove infused mix series aimed to provide a backdrop of balearic, anthemic and nostalgic sounds on those sun-soaked glory days.

Manchester’s Joe McBride pens elaborate, emotive & intellectual soundscapes, drawing in influences across a spectrum of bass culture and electronica. Having released with Exit Records, Brownswood, Styrax, Auxiliary & Med School, as well as remixes for Model 500, Snow Patrol, Lowb, Max Cooper & a plethora more, Synkro has found a home at R&S sister label ‘Apollo’. 

Major support for Synkro’s music has come from names like Chris Coco, Giles Peterson, Mary Anne Hobbs, Prefuse 73 and dBridge. A truly staple artist in the timeline of UK Bass.

In the light of Articulation, his new album for Erased Tapes, Rival Consoles shares a selection of tracks that compliments the producer's latest electronic opus perfectly.
Opening with the seemingly weightless yet driving pulse of Ostgut Ton's Barker, the mix moves deftly through further immersive cuts from Four Tet, Stimming & Marcus and the blissful breaks of Skee Mask. Before culminating in the fluid contemporary orchestrations of Actress x LCO and closing with the amniotic drone of Alessandro Cortini and the arpeggiated modular ataraxia of Caterina Barbieri.
Heads down vibes and after hours euphoria in equal measure to be savoured.
