f you could shrink yourself down and ride a photon through the circuitry of a synthesizer, you might land somewhere inside Gliesse’s "The World In A Telescope." This EP doesn’t just play - it orbits, spirals, and occasionally glitches out of gravity’s grasp, scattering beats like meteor showers and letting melodies flicker in and out of focus. Gliesse approaches each track like a cosmic puzzle, soldering together fragments of electro and IDM until they hum with alien logic and unexpected warmth. On the track "Radio," a collaboration with Lokrum, the signal bends even further, as Lokrum’s presence weaves new frequencies and textures into the mix, amplifying the sense of discovery. The result is less a collection of songs and more an invitation: climb inside the lens, twist the dial, and watch familiar stars rearrange themselves into constellations you’ve never seen before.
