Hello World!

We welcome everyone to our radio show series, Gas GBLN radio!  With our show, we hope to connect with artists, both locally and internationally, to highlight their art and music and to get to know the person behind the artist. Stick around, you might learn a thing or two about artists around the West Coast scene (and whether they like pickles or if they think hot dogs are considered a sandwich).  

On this first episode, we are featuring the captains that make up Gas GBLN: @70A57, @LordLoubbit, @TallBoyJules, and @WalterWack999. While they don't ask any funny questions to each other, each captain introduces themselves and has a few words about the radio show and how everyone can get involved. It's not a lie, they truly do enjoy connecting with others and mixing music together. 

We hope you enjoy the next two hours of some of the Gas GBLN captain's favourite selections as of late, mixed in rave nonsense fashion.  There is going to be a lot more where this came from!

When Howitzer found out that Henry C had been locking himself in the studio and producing his own tracks, it was a no-brainer for us to reach out to him for demos. The EP Henry delivered us knocked our socks off. Henry C’s Free Your Mind EP features a pair of no-nonsense driving tech-house tracks ready to carve up any late-night warehouse, club, festival, or rave! Catchy minimalistic vocals over pounding basslines transports the listener to an abandoned factory; where industry and rave intersect in the depths of a warehouse. 
As one of Vancouver’s most in-demand producers, Henry C has played major festivals such as Basscoast, and Foundations, as well as just about every club in the city.  As a co-founder of one of YVR’s most successful collectives, The Initiative, Henry C has taken on the role of host and promoter, booking a diverse roster of international and local talent. We personally can’t wait to hear whats next for the dynamic producer and DJ as he continues to take his production game to the next level.

A drummer turned to a DJ. Jay Di is inspired by rhythmic beats loaded with percussion and deep dance floor grooves. Working in the underground clubs of Vancouver Jay Di has played sets at Basscoast, Electric Love, Village studios, Celebrities, Gorg-O-Mish, Vantek, Waldorf and many other iconic venues and festivals in Vancouver. Jay Di is also a Co-Founder of "The Initiative" which hosts many exciting and underground  events within the City to support the scene and also follow his passion. With a main focus on House and Techno Jay Di brings an eclectic sound driven by emotion.
