PopeJohn storms onto Wicked Jungle Records with Vibrations/The Gift, a two-track assault that pushes the boundaries of darkstep and tech-driven drum & bass.

Vibrations channels the unrelenting force of darkside Drum & Bass, delivering jittery, two-step drum patterns that rattle the senses. Ominous, drawn-out basslines grind beneath apocalyptic atmospheres, haunting choruses loom over the chaos, setting the tone for a dystopian ride.

On the flip, The Gift twists the narrative into a collision of precision breakbeats and controlled madness. Chopped and spliced breakbeats carve through growling bass distortions, glitch-infused mutations, and ethereal pads that evoke both tension and transcendence. It's a sonic paradox-beautiful yet menacing, calculated yet chaotic.

With Vibrations/The Gift, PopeJohn cements his place among the architects of the underground. This is drum & bass in its rawest, most unfiltered form-no compromise, no escape.

The Soul Deep stalwart brings his signature sound back to the imprint in impressive fashion.  The Escape EP puts Dash's outstanding production skills on full display, as he has crafted 5 tracks that must be played on the dancefloor.  His style draws from original Jungle sounds from the '90's, blending the classic sounds with modern elements, creating infectious grooves that make you want to move.  He works out some classic Liquid vibes on “Escape,” blending heavy drums, slamming 808 bass sounds, jazzy horns, and slamming percussion.  “Wild Style,” is up next and takes a heavier approach, utilizing some edgier and more modern sounds to the mix.  This one is meant for the dancefloor!  The rest of the EP continues to highlight Dash’s brilliant production prowess.  This is an EP that you won’t want to miss!  Check it out!
