Having honed his craft in DIY venues, as a resident in club spaces, festivals, and community radio, Jay brings a depth of understanding to every performance. Inspired by pioneers like David Mancuso and Larry Levan, he sees music as more than just sound—it's an experience, a connection, and a powerful force that transcends the moment.

As he shifts focus toward releasing bold and original work, his journey remains unpredictable, shaped by instinct rather than expectation. The destination? Only time will tell.

DASA is a local Ottawa DJ/producer and SpaceCamp and House of Kink resident DJ. His influences draw from a wide range of sounds that filled his home growing up - including classic & alternative rock, disco, punk, and metal. 

DASA is a multi-genre artist that aims to seamlessly blend soundscapes with the goal of bringing people together, making them move and making them feel.
