Jay Junior

Based on the South Coast of the UK, Jay Junior is a solo, R&B, singer/songwriter. Set to release his debut E.P in Summer 2013, the lead single ‘Only For Tonight’ is a certified classic slow jam. The sensual lyrics and gentle tone to Jay’s voice is sure to be a hit with the ladies. Further more the other tracks featured on the E.P range from Summer jams to dance tracks and party tunes to hard beats. Jay has even treated listeners to some of his roots as a rapper on this E.P, a way of reminding himself where he started before he excelled as a songwriter...

Beginning his career as an MC back in high school, Jay would make beats and freestyle, this was to be the start of a promising future. Teaming up with local producers and other artists, songs began flowing from Jay, but it wasn't until the age of 18 that he truly found "his voice". The experiences of late nights, alcohol and young love led Jay to writing some of the most relatable songs for his generation.

Now 21, Jay is writing new music and hitting a whole new demographic in comparison to his days of being an MC. It is easy now to find similarities between Jay and artists such as Chris Brown, Ne-Yo and Usher, even down to the hard hitting choreography featured in these artists music videos. Jay has been perfecting his skills as a dancer over the years and now has a dance crew that he plans to feature in his live shows. AJM has been managing Jay Junior since 2010 and aim to continue to represent him right through his career.
