DJ and radio host on Radio Z 95.8 Nuernberg/Germany (Radioshows “Limbo Rhythm” and “Headz”).

As DJ he has performed since 1992 in the Franconian surroundings, however, also in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria… Moreover he was booked for events such as the IFA International Radio Exhibition Berlin and the biggest European Youth Fair “YOU”, also in Berlin.
Dr.Best himself considers his roots in the Hip Hop Sound of the early 80’s to the mid 90’s, but he also dealt with other styles such as Funk, Soul, Acid Jazz, Trip Hop, Big Beat, House, Drum & Bass and Breakbeat. Over a couple of years he has been known in the German Clubscene as a Breakbeat-DJ, then in 2006, however, his style started to mutate… Styles such as Funk, Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop, Reggae, Latin, Afrobeat and Disco got mixed with his Breakbeat Sound and created a new mixture which cannot be easily tagged any more.

He managed to build a really strong profile in the scene with killer releases for labels like BOMBASTIC JAM, TIMEWARP MUSIC, BREAKBEAT PARADISE RECORDS, MANMADE RECORDS, BIGM PRODUCTIONS, GOOD GROOVE RECORDS.

Under the Basement Freaks pseudonym, George Fotiadis has carved out a notable presence in the music world, particularly within the funk, soul, and breakbeat genres. He is recognized as a producer whose work pays homage to the golden age of funk, merging the 1970s and 1980s vibes with a modern twist. 

He also contributes to the music production community by releasing live-recorded sample packs through Black Octopus Sound, enhancing his influence among producers and DJs.

Multigenre producer and DJ MikkiM is a true pioneer in blending a wide range of musical styles, captivating audiences with his energetic music and electrifying DJ sets worldwide. His second LP, "Offbeat Rhapsody" earned him the "Album of the Year" award at the Czech Grammy prize in the national music awards. His jungle tunes are highly regarded and frequently played by DJs globally. MikkiM regularly releases on the Jungle Cakes label, while Amen4Tekno, a leading underground tekno label, features much of his current raggatek, jungletek, and hardtek productions. He also runs his own label, Big Bong Records.
