This is a big moment and marks a shift in my creative focus with my djing and music.  

This set was is a tribute to  my eldest son who left on 2nd September to start a new chapter in his life and who I miss already.  

It's also. a dedication to the talents of Sasha & Digweed who I have admired for over 30 years.  

I planned its composition and flow in an effort to take listeners on a melodic odyssey over 90 minutes.  

It's not filled with bangers but ebbs and flows with ethereal melodies and rhythmic basslines that I hope listeners can immerse themselves in.  

It's my first effort at 4 deck mixing which was challenging.  It's not perfect by any means:  I got lost with so much gonig on and the transitions are two long in places and the timing off in parts. 

Overall, I'm happy enough with it to share it with the world for everyone's enjoyment.

Aging bald dude keeping young with house music! 

You can be most  things to most people if you make the space for it and that's what I'm doing!  

I made the switch to digital djing and bought a Traktor S2 in 2016 - what an eye-opener that was. The scene had transformed from the heddy days of flicking through vinyl at record shops on a lazy Saturday afternoon to an overwhelming torrent of new artists, new sounds and sick tunes!  

I now live in the tropical heat of Singapore but can't forget the bustling streets of London and epic Friday nights with my favourite people at clubs like The Cross, Turnmills,, The End and Fabric or festivals like Tribal Gathering, Homelands and Creamfields.  

My mixes are my way of keeping those unforgettable nights alive and connecting with like minded folks around the world!

In the early beginnings of David’s musical journey, he stayed awake to tape-record live radio broadcasts by major Italian clubs, then created his original compilations, all with an old stereo. As soon as he laid hands on his first pair of Pioneer CDJ-100s in 2004, he began to spread his holistic, broad-minded collection of dance music with deep, funky, afro, tech, soulful, melodic to minimal house influences.

It brought him to Magazzini Generali, Amnesia, Leoncavallo, Milano Design Week and Milano Fashion Week in Italy, and to other parts of the world like Australia, Czech Republic, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey, playing alongside artists like Nic Fanciulli, Davide Squillace, FISH56OCTAGON, Idriss D, Massano, Jeremy Olander, Guy J, Stephan Jolk, Giolì & Assia, EarthLife, DOBé, Cats on Crack, Rammo, Cosmo & Kramer, Rolandson, Francesco Farfa and Adriano Canzian.

Currently he is living in Singapore, and he is bringing his set in clubs and events like MDLR, Headquarters, Tuff Club, Kilo Lounge, Manifest, Ce La Vi, Tanjong Beach Club, Sunday Social and BeerFest Asia. David’s love of radio also led him to host his own program, Sinestesia the exploration of 5 senses in music, since 2010 on the italian BM radio, and from 2020 on Ibiza Live Radio, 103.7 FM in Ibiza and Formentera and by mobile app and official website www.ibizaliveradio.com for the rest of the world. Apart from this, he is regularly featuring his guest mixes on international radios and podcast series such as Intaresu (GER), Deep MVMT (UK), Evaporate (TW), The Warehouse (VN), Voidrealm (MY) and Dub Techno TV, just to mention a few.

Production side, with his friend Michel Meroni, is part of the duo A1kS (A Thousand Shades), a collaboration that seeks to explore and express “a thousand shades” of electronic music. Armed with bonus knowledge of analog machines and music production software and sequencers, the duo has released their first single in 2020 on the Barcelona-based WOOD Records.
