Rooted in the Romanian minimal scene and reaching further, Adrian Călugăru, known as CLGR, started exploring electronic music in 2018, turning a spark of curiosity into a lifelong pursuit.

Over a decade in the Australian underground playing groove-focused minimal. I’ve played parties like S.A.S.H, Afters, Melbourne’s Breakfast Club, and Brisbane’s Metropolis, supporting acts like Direkt and Nima Gorji. Previously co-founded Soundot, a vinyl-only project for the diggers.

Now I’m building Session Services with Mixmag Australia. After 10+ years as a software engineer and just as long in the scene, I got tired of watching promoters and artists lose money to broken systems. So I’m building the fix myself.
