Electronic music producer, sound designer, Ableton Live teacher. 

In 2006 he started his own project Ipologica with Fabio Sestili exploring electronic music in all it’s genres from ambient experimental to deeper grooves.

Later he focused his work on techno music and he was resident at two of the most important techno events like Glucose and Container Project.

He is involved in artistic installations, audio/video performances, solo and group live performance and dj sets, he works as Ableton Live teacher and music composer for video and has experience as radio speaker and editor at Nea Radio (Brancaleone, Container Radio and latest project Artificial Intelligence with Stefano Aimola.

His style is refine but powerful, deep and groovy; his solo project is techno oriented but he also collaborates as producer and performer with other artists and groups exploring different genres from electronic pop (Hack) to classical music (Ramin Bahrami, Martux M).

As producer released on label such Biorecordings, Naked Lunch, Labrynth, M_Rec Digital, Resiliens, Crs,  Codec, and many more and shared the consolle with artists such: Paula Temple, Regis, Donato Dozzy, Sunil Sharpe, AnD, Deetron, Bas Mooy, Dasha Rush, Joey Beltram, The Analogue Cops just to name few.

Davide Swarup is often said to be a « soul player ». As a hang musician, a very unique one, he inspires and blows the mind away from thoughts or mental mechanisms.
Listening to his melodies is a way of meditating. Davide himself plays in a meditative state, allowing the music to come to him, without the ego or any kind of control interfering. The energy just flows through him, as if channelled: his compositions come to him from somewhere out there and make them so special. Body, hands and fingers, so relaxed and smooth, become the translation of a beyond as well as the pure expression of the here and now. Through improvisation, the present moment reveals itself in all its beauty. One of Davide’s favorite sentences is: “let’s see what happens”. This very “happening” is really what can be heard in his hang music, as a way to enhance each and every moment that comes and goes. Davide enables us to listen to the power of mindfulness, to the inner freedom from which life just expresses itself.
Attending Davide Swarup’s concert has something very special: one can witness and feel the subtle and invisible energy coming along with the vibrations of his Hang. The musician seems to be a channel for the divine to be heard, speaking to our heart and to a deeper part of ourselves. Touching this very inner space, this music makes it move and beat.
One of the most common reactions when people hear him playing for the first time is to stop. While busking, Davide has often seen passers-by walk past him, then suddenly stop and go back: to listen. Something, an inner and thirsty room in the soul, holds them and craves his music. To let go, to soothe, to synchronise.
The beauty of the Hang sound and its frequencies indeed convey a strong feeling of inner harmony, even stronger thanks to the deep symbiosis Davide is in with his instrument.
For Davide’s part, things are very simple. As he says, “I just play what I love”.
This, we can definitely hear.

Soundtherapy is involved in the music industry for more than ten years now where she starts countless projects such as: Labels, events and festivals, record shops and distribution, education and dj school. Her obsession is playing records and that obsession follows her all alongs these last years. She gets dj-set shows for all around her town Rome, for Italy and Europe. 

Her versatile nature is at the base of permanent changes, those mutations characterized her style and reveals her talent both for live show on stage and for organizing behind the stage. Her debut as a dj is on 2000 and she is resident for more than hundreds of gigs promoted by her label Urban Pressure until the 2008, performing with Pendulum, Andy C, Subfocus, Ed Rush. 

From 2009 she daily works for Remix the most recognized records shop in Rome where she do both consultant and developing her project of school of Dj, Remix Me. Her permanent research for new sound experiment found in Remix the right playground. Here she found and appreciate sounds completely diverse from the ones she is used to. Sounds that mainly come from Germany. At the same time she works for Elettronica Romana, one of the most prolific techno label in Rome. Now her sound is more clear and mature. From deep sound she easly come to techno passing from techouse always keeping the dance floor burning!
