Jane came onto the DJ scene shortly following a move to Los Angeles in 2007. After completing a course at the Scratch Academy, she was then mentored by some of the music industries TOP DJs. Soon, she developed her own hypnotic signature sound. Blending elements of soulful house, electro pop, reggaeton, RnB & Hip-Hop classics sprinkled with a mix of chest pounding dance tracks. As an open format dj, she's the ultimate crowd pleaser. Her passion for music has landed her numerous residencies at a variety of 5-Star hotels, trendy rooftops, hi-end boutiques, clubs, film festivals, fashion shows and many charity events for some of the world's elite clientele. Jane spends her time not only as a DJ, but also as a full time Entrepreneur. Embarking on her other passions and creating new business opportunities that will expand her brand into the directions of media, health and wellness.

Grew up in New Hampshire. Taught myself guitar. Moved to California to "make it". Played guitar for a while and got nowhere. Found a punk/reggae band - sucked for a while, slowly got better, recorded an album, and played California Roots Festival. 

Left the band to be a solo musician. Built a home studio. Taught myself to write, record, and produce my own songs in said studio. Lived in Slightly Stoopid's hometown of Ocean Beach for 5 years. Moved to Minnesota (yes, from San Diego). I spend most of my time working on making music that I love and sharing it with awesome people.

Heavily influenced by Stick Figure, Lee Scratch Perry, Bob Marley, Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Jack Johnson, Citizen Cope, Major Lazer, and just about anyone else who makes songs that I love listening to.

I'm ditching the genre conversation and creating music that I think is cool, but most would classify my stuff as heavily influenced by dub and reggae. Hope you dig it too! :)
