My name is Franz Pregler, I'm a professional Keyboard player mostly addicted to my Nord-Piano. Also I'm a composer. I have studied Jazz and classical Music at the Berufsfachschule für Musik Krumbach and also at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart and after that I've become a teacher at a general education school - a german Gymnasium in the southwest of Germany where I'm working since 2009. I had music lessons and training with some well-known Jazz-Musicians, e.g. Mini Schulz, Marcus Bodensee, Marcus Baader, Thorsten de Winkel, Frank Sikora, to name only those important persons who helped me most develop my skills. My classical Piano playing I developed mostly with Prof. Michael Seewann, who is actually teaching at the HfKM Regensburg. I have played and cooperated with some well-known Musicians in Jazz of my region, but also of international rank, like Bert Joris, Alexander Wolpert, Joseph Herzog, Susanne Bachmann, Steffen Hollenweger, Lajos Bartha, Jörg Seidel, Harald Rüschenbaum, Annette Ehrlich. I'm pianist of the Gout Bigband, in my region a well-known and cult Bigband.
