Máximo (2003) is a composer and a pianist. His piano solo debut album 'Máximo - Greatest Hits' was released in march 2023: "Expressive pieces, attentive to time and space, suspended, sometimes almost close to silence, caressing a certain jazz nocturne feeling, with stature and dignity. The adult dexterity with which the piano notes are caressed, with a rigorous temporal notion, bringing out emotions, but also not enunciated, memories, fragments and sensations that don't manage to form a coherent whole, contemplation. Gonçalo BC, born 1991 in Lisbon, Portugal, holds an academic background in the arts and audiovisual studies. 

He pursued Audiovisual Studies at Val do Rio in Oeiras, Portugal, followed by a complete Fine Arts course in Moving Image from Ar.Co in Lisbon. 

Additionally, he completed a BA in Music Production from BIMM Bristol/London. 

When working in sound production he specialises in composing ambient and experimental sounscapes, as well as soundtracks, and other genres.

Presently, Gonçalo BC works in the art and film industries as a sound director, sound designer, sound recordist, and composer, whilst dedicating a significant portion of his time on contemporary art, primarily painting, moving image, sound art and music - often using a different alias.
