Macs Cortella aka JazzyFunk from the last half of 2013 they started to make a buzz on the scene releasing a number of records in some conceptual labels like Sleazy Deep, Erase Records and King Street Sounds. Welcome to the new year with Sleazy Deep, we’ve got so much to give this year after quite an amazing 2013. Having just had our 2nd Birthday and celebrating numerous top10’s and a Number One beatport compilation with Miami Sleaze, which was also featured in Beatports Best Of 2013 albums chart. Ever moving forwards lets re-introduce JazzyFunk the multi-talented Italian duo who seem to be popping up on many a quality label since signing It’s Over and being featured on our Future Sound Of Sleaze compilation. JazzyFunk are a serious underground Nu-Skool disco & deep house duo that sing & write their own vocals and will also be seen featuring on other artists tracks from Saccao, Haze-M to name a few… Here we bring you their Tomorrow It’s Over EP which features It’s Over, Tomorrow & two remixes to finish the release with a bang. The first track It’s Over smashed it on our recent compi lation gaining huge support for it’s great vocal work and deep disco feel. The follow up Tomorrow again has awesome vocals, deep chords and killer disco vibes ready for those lush moments on the floor. The first remix of It’s Over comes from our Ibiza Sleaze artists Memz & DeeAfro who inject the funk creating a nice take on this super HOT track, lastly we get Sleazy Deep artists Bob & Luke to remix who totally switch it up giving us a deep breakin’ jazzed up version perfect for any sunset moments!!! Leicester duo Him_Self_Her made a star appearance into the scene around 2012 with their "Gone Too Long" hit...it was all rise from then on, signed to Crosstown Rebels, favoured by Pete Tong and keeping a very steady schedule of international gigs, always with a fresh underground and sentimental approach towards music. They get into a deep analog vocal trip in this new single "Heartstopper"...a slow paced but yet killer drum groove combined with a driving bassline and acid synths make the trick while Kieran Fowkes vocals keep the hypnotic flow high.

With a #1 Hype Machine record under his belt, San Francisco's Lane 8 has been a star of the 2013 underground with support from Majestic Casual, BBC Radio 1's B.Traits and tastemakers across the board. 

Off the back of a release on French Express and "Be Mine", one of the many highlights on #1 iTunes Dance album "Anjunadeep 05", Lane 8 aka Daniel Goldstein returns to the label with two classy deep grooves that merge his unique melodic textures with a new vocal leaning.

Sounding like a cross between Tale Of Us, French Express and Cyril Hahn, lead track "The One" is a slow-burning, deep melodic gem with Patrick Baker's vocals adding an extra layer of catchiness. The second part of the „Diorama“ remixes offers again some of the finest producers around. Starting with Kollektiv Turmstrasse! What kicks off as a Chez Damier groove makes the transition into a loose dub monster. Collecting traces of the original sound and dispersing them with magic movements we see why Kollektiv Turmstrasse are a top act. Shifting the attention from the front to the far back from the obvious to the abstract... Turmstrasse create that parallel groove on top of the groove which seems to tighten up with every minute. Fine particles of sounds are sprayed onto the relentless groove and make it a real crowd pleaser.
