The song is about the slippery slope/ path of addiction for mainly entertainers, but could be used to reference anyone suffering from addiction.
 The Soul Taker is basically heavy drug addiction itself being grouped into a live being. It is conceptually drug addiction and how easy it gets its claws into someone. Especially entertainers who may be easily drawn in . Even though there are people who bring the drugs and offer them, its still the person taking them that is making the decision. In the song, the Soul Taker takes on a rock star-like status sitting front row with one of his girls. Her name is Meth-elene Using the first part of the name "Meth" to play on words and identify one of the drugs that will bring anyone to hell and back. Methamphetamine , used in Crystal Meth and many other street derivatives are the main play here. 
In the song , it says he wants to take us out after the show, his eyes are like diamonds and smiles like pearls , he is the king of the new stage  or fills your veins a with poison. While he takes all your possessions and Meth-elene , shows a tattoo on her lip that says Welcome to hell and then replaces your possessions with a loaded gun with only one bullet for a trip around the sun.This could be reference for a needle or a pipe and it being a weapon that will kill you shortly if you let it.
