Tronic’s next release is featuring label head’s Christian Smith’s second remix pack. The duties to remix “Mutate” are upon the groovy Kaiserdisco boys which have manage to create a funky version of the track, it will keep you moving. Sub bass, stomping drums and leading arpeggiated synth lines. The great Dosem is at it on the second remix. “Who You Are” is a banging, rolling, dance-heavy track with an 80’s synth long the way, pure excellence. The third piece of the EP is a rework of Christian’s track “Motor” from Dave Angel, this is the bass leading – 6 a.m monster piece of the pack, ace melodies, big synths and a sense of placidity.

Put simply, Whitesquare took the scene by storm last year.

It felt like a coming of age for an artist who has built up a reputation for being one of the most consistent producers is the game. After his smash hit 'Folded Reality' was the sound of the Ibiza summer with Marco Carola hammering it weekly on the Amnesia terrace at Music:On, we now welcome him back to 20/20 Vision for his Aoyama Dawn EP.

'Block' and 'The Sound' both showcase a tougher edge to Whitesquare's style, whilst still retaining his trademark sound. Driving kicks, precision drum programming, hypnotic vocals and razor sharp stab, all feature across both tracks, which will definitely be most effective in big room environments. 

The EP comes fully equipped with a tough, techno tinged remix of 'Sound' from 20/20 bossman Ralph Lawson, and Rui-Z.

Hi, I’m John Bergman, aka jberg, a DJ, event promoter, and photographer with a passion for Techno and House. My journey began in Detroit and Chicago, where I immersed myself in the underground scene, digging through record stores and hosting legendary loft parties. I also captured nightlife as a photographer, which earned me a residency at Chicago’s iconic Smartbar.

Later, I moved to Bali and founded “The Bali Party,” gaining recognition as a promoter and DJ while helping shape the island’s electronic music scene. Inspired by legends like Richie Hawtin, Green Velvet, and Carl Cox, my sets range from Deep House sunsets to high-energy Techno.

These days, I spend summers in France, playing five nights a week at Esterel Caravaning Resort, and winters in Bali, bringing vibes to the beach and local bars. Wherever I am, my goal is to create unforgettable moments on the dance floor.
