Never would have thought I’d find hope in a mic,

But God had plans he gave me another choice,

It kept me occupied on the humble,
If you ask my momma she’ll tell you it kept me out of trouble,

Cause it’s all about your mind state you got to stay true,
Got to keep moving even if you think that you’re through,
So just keep your head up never let up it's a cold world out here so stay away from the jealous.
