I was 13 just trying to fit in with everyone,
was just trying to roll around on my skate board and have fun,
never ever thought I would have  found hope on mic,
never ever thought I would have made music my life,
but god had a different plan he gave me another choice,
I could have gotten into trouble instead I used my voice,
it all started with a cd i got for my birthday,
swear i didn't stop listening had it on replay,
started trying it my self putting word to word,
started getting better my self connecting verb to verb, 
it kept me occupied on the humble and kept my head up through the hard,
wouldn't be here without my mother or my faith in god.
