* Dawn cracks, wake early, feel the kick drum’s call.

* Yoga stretches, meditate, let the synths enthrall.

* Eat clean, fuel the rave, keep the body tight.

* Work the decks, spin the sound, own the night.

* Crash hard, dream in loops, then repeat the flight.

Crowds pulse like stars in the Temple Tower Watch.

 Day bleeds to night, people sway, lost in the catch. 

Music’s your pet, scratching at the soul’s core. 

Sweat it out, paint the air, read the crowd’s roar. 

Fred’s inspiration fuels the fire—pitch it down, let it soar.
