With musical backgrounds that span all the way to childhood, Shanti and Deedrah are deeply rooted in the beats. Shanti played his first gig at a club in Amsterdam and shaped his early recordings along with the first wave of trance pioneers. A flux of success releases saw him performing all around the globe, and he has since paved his way as a successful producer both in and outside the scene, having produced music for various singers, some of which resulted in Billboard TOP 10 hits in the USA.
Deedrah (previously known as Dado) was raised in a family of musicians and began studying music at the age of five, finding inspiration in the electronic music of the day. Following early collaborations with various trance legends like Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Astral Projection, Total Eclipse and Jaia, he released his first solo album ‘ Self-Oscillation’ in 1997 under the name ‘Deedrah’.
These two versatile producers have joined their flair for groovy melodies and playful basslines in their new formation Shanti V Deedrah, and based on the perfectly balanced tunes leaving their studio, they have created a fluid sound that is both fresh and bears the unmistakable notes of slick production technique.

The mind behind the project Amplify is Andrew Olavarrieta, former part of the well known project Delysid and the more underground Wicked Wires. Andrew is 36 years old half Mexican half British and started to make music and mix since 1998...his musical background comes along with styles like ska, reggae, jazz, latin music and  ethnic rhythms. He has always being very interested in explore the cutting edge sounds and the mind blowing rhythms of trance. Amplify style is Full-On Psytrance, filled up with strong production, emotional leads, amazing melodies and fresh new ideas. Amplify sound is always developing, getting upgraded and stretching its artistic and technological advances to the max. Amplify have mashed up dancefloors in the biggest festivals around the globe like Universo Paralello (Brasil), Full Moon Festival (Germany), Odissey & Atmosphere Festival (Mexico), Psybertech Festival (Portugal), Existence Festival (Spain), The Experience Festival (Thailand) and have played in many countries like Cyprus, Austria, Guatemala, Chez Republic, Italy, Israel, England and many more.

Then, they invited him to a rave with various styles: Goa, Psy, Trance, Hard Trance, DnB and more! With the passion for music with quality sounds, he got hooked!!!
As the years went by, after drifting thru all underground electronic music, he acquired some gear, then started mixing and producing his own music.

Gone have the days when a Psy Trance producer could easily be recognized as a dread-locked, chillum-smocking hippie: Björn Grashorn (also involved in Imago) and Jan Drapala (One half of Hyperion) represent an up-to-date generation of skilled producers.

Though their rather discreet outer appearance might not give rise to the suspicion, the music from their mutual studio is kicking, twisted and fun-loving as it can be.
