making music his whole life, it wasn't until late 2020 that guittim discovered producing electronic music for himself. musical roots lie in classical music and metal. other diverse styles of music have influenced his personal taste over the years, such as jazz, blues, reggae and others. all these integrated influences are processed and form the basis for guittim´s compositions and the released tracks. the tracks on this page were created as a hobby in limited spare time and are supposed to bring you some joy while listening. appreciate your comments, feel free to share and repost.

Before the turnaround (fall of the wall), my parents brought a robotron KC85/3 computer home and I loved it. The sound could only be generated by 2 pulses waveforms, but despite all this, some of the original games had a freaky sound.

Meanwhile, I was playing with a friend with a Commodore 64. I always had a penchant for it and I was also interested in various chiptunes. Nevertheless, later I preferred to go to the roots - composing music with hardware. I handled a lot with the DMC tracker for the C64. I can not say if there was any documentation, but I remember that I found out how some parameters work with my old oscilloscope. I wrote some results for Richard Bayliss - Music Scene Tutorial. 

In 2006 I won the "Battle of the Bits - Winter Chip I" competition in the category SID - which earned me fifty 7" vinyls. At that time my interest in synthesizers of all kinds grew (but in general the focus for 8-Bit machines).

Rust Cutler has no money, so he only experiments with low-cost synthesizers and no Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). He'd rather have hardware that makes interesting sounds than a decent computer. He never thought he'd have to point out that no artificial intelligence is used in his compositions, but apparently we are now in that world. Rust Cutler strongly believes limitations spark creativity and enjoys creating a melody where perhaps none should exist.  All tracks are single musician, single take recordings with no editing and no processing except onboard effects. Everything you hear is how it sounded at the moment it occurred, then posted under the name, Dancing With Tea. Rust Cutler hopes you enjoy these experiments.

Ni! is a composer and multi-instrumentalist based in Portugal.
Working with bass clarinet, saxophones, trumpet, kalimba, keys, and electronics, he builds immersive, emotionally charged soundscapes.

Combining woodwinds instruments with live looping and effects, Ni! explores themes of beauty, tension, sensuality, and solitude.
His music moves between improvisation and structure, always rooted in deep listening and a cinematic approach to sound.
