Hysteric Ego needs no introduction, since 'Want Love' first hit the airwaves in 1996 as a B side to Quixotic, there's been no looking back. Worldwide DJ gigs, countless tracks on highly respected compilation albums and single sales in the millions have all contributed to a hugely successful 18 years in the spotlight.
The last 2 years have been slightly different though and the globe trotting producer has been hard at work behind the scenes getting ready to launch another assault on the dance music world; "The last 2 years have been so different to the previous says Rob "I've been lucky enough to travel the world and play at some of the best clubs and parties around, but I started to miss my studio work so I decided to lock myself away and get some new material ready. I'm really pleased with the way the new stuff is sounding and the time is nearing for me to put it out there"
Expect a brand new re-working of 'Want Love' a classic dance anthem remixed in true Hysteric Ego style and another re-working of a well known female artist's top 10 hit.
2015 is already looking like a massive year for Hysteric Ego and with the DJ diary also filling up quickly, looks like it will be another busy year as well.

Montreal baritone Clayton Kennedy has been a featured concert and oratorio soloist with many Canadian ensembles and in a great diversity of styles. He is drawn particularly to early music and to baroque oratorio and concert music, as well as premiering contemporary works. He made his debut with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra as baritone soloist in Faure's Requiem in May 2013. In the fall of 2014 he took part in a concert of sea shanties at Bourgie Hall with Montreal ensemble La Nef, reuniting with musicians with whom he recorded material for the Ubisoft video games Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin's Creed: Rogue. He has also recently performed as a soloist in Vaughan Williams' Dona nobis pacem, with the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul, Monteverdi's Vespers with Musica Orbium, Brahms' Ein deutsches Requiem with McGill Choral Society, J.S. Bach's Magnificat with Le Choeur de l'UQAM and Ensemble Caprice. 

This spring he had his Canadian and European radio debuts singing Bach Funeral Cantatas with Ensemble Caprice in Bourgie Hall, part of the Arte Musica Foundation complete cantata series. 

Other recent performances included a return to Halifax in May to stage John Plant's opera "I will fly like a bird: a tribute to Robert Dziekanski", having premiered the title role in Scotia Festival of Music 2012, with praise from both The Chronicle Herald and Opera Canada Magazine. He was also bass soloist in Requiems by Mozart and Salieri with Ensemble Vocal Katimavik in June.

This November, Clayton will be bass soloist in works by C.P.E. Bach and G.F. Handel in a co-production with SMAM and Ensemble Caprice in La Maison Symphonique. In December, he will be bass soloist in Mozart's Requiem with Stewart Hall Singers, and bass soloist in Handel's Messiah with SMAM (Studio de Musique Ancienne Montreal.)
