DJ  formally known as “DJ Tha Prince”, was born deep in the heart of Texas around the summer time. He is an extraordinary down south freestyler, song writer, self-producer/engineer. Whom prefers to keep his style original and “Southern”.

 

Before Hip-Hop & Rap, he was mostly influenced by music by his dad “Dino” guitar player). Who would always setup his studio in the garage to record him and his band members, they played rhythm and blues mostly. “My dad would let me mess with his guitar and let me hop on the drums while the band took breaks, at a young age those different sounds and instruments caught my attention. Back in the day before the house became a broken home, I would wake up and my dad would be in the living room blasting his amp, listing and playing if not one ALL his Fender’s mostly to Prince, a little bit of Morris Day, Jemmi Hendrix, George Clinton here and there. Well any song with a guitar really, he played notes by ear but at the same time taught his self, and he is the reason why I wanted to teach myself how to play different instruments like drums and piano. I stuck with writing and recording. Writing is my therapy."
