As a songwriter and guitarist he has worked with greats who include Carlos Alomar, Earl Klugh, Anita Baker and record producing giants like Gerard Smerek, Greg Ladanyi, Michael J. Powell & Jimmy Romeo. He has produced and played on countless recordings, formed bands that include Ashcan Van Gogh, The Broken Toys, The Forbes Brothers and Jc & the Disciples. He has been the recipient of more than 3 dozen Detroit Music Awards and Nominations.
