Ben & Tom don’t need any further introduction, as one of the global big players they enjoy huge success and recognition from fans and peers alike.‘Toy’ Vol.1 features beautiful reworks from 5 Reasons, Medsound and Rafal Michal.

First up is ‘5 Reasons‘ who makes his debut on the label. He drops a stunning modern tropical house jam with all the right elements. The bouncy bass and great synth arrangements create a sexy, provocative atmosphere while the vocals make words settle in truly magical fashion, creating a warm felt atmosphere that creates special memories every time you listen to it. Confirming 5 Reasons status as a true master of his art.

Media Blackout favourite Medsound is back on remixing duty with his latest rework of ‘Toy’. His luscious use of the vocals, bass stabs and driving drums makes for an irresistible rhythm while the clever chords round off his fantastic interpretation. The Barcelona born enigmatic multitalented Medsound has been a regular in many top artist playlists, constantly showcasing his huge originality and versatility without ever disappointing.

The 3rd remix treatment comes from Canadian groove wizard ‘Rafal Michal‘ who is famed for his body moving beats and immense production skills. His version dives into more upbeat territory with lots of euphoric vibes. His luscious use of the vocals, bass stabs and driving drums makes for an irresistible rhythm while the clever chords round off Rafal’s fantastic interpretation.

C.C.C.P. (not to be confused with the rock band CCCP featuring singer John Payne) is a German synthpop[1] act led by Rasputin Stoy. They were best known for their 1986 instrumentals "American-Soviets I" and "American-Soviets II", released by Clockwork Germany. This six-minute song themed on the Cold War became a hit on the US Billboard charts, the German Top 75 and other European charts.

Their follow-up singles ("Made in Russia" and "Orient Express") hit the number one and number two spots on official music charts in the same week (Hong Kong, Benelux, France and Spain). Their 1990 song "Don't Kill The Rainforest" was also a minor alternative radio hit. Their band name C.C.C.P. stands for Союз Советских Социалистических Республик, which is Russian for U.S.S.R..

C.C.C.P. released their seventh album, Quantic Shamanism Through Digital Western featuring Meyhiel, in January 2008 on the art label MillePlateauxMedia.

Today the group now only consists of the original band leader Rasputin Stoy, a.k.a. Rai Streubel and Frank Schendler (ex-Beat-A-Max).
