Lowlights

Written by The Creels this song is about a place in Cullercoats called Marconi Point. It was a radio station  for fishermen for 100 years until it closed around 15 years ago. Prior to this the headland was named The Howling by local fisherwives who would dry their washing as it was the most windy place around!
