This track was inspired by a storm watching weekend while walking The Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet, BC. The weather was pretty rough and just showcased how powerful Mother Nature can be with the waves crashing the rocks. This tune tries to capture the power of the wind & waves.

Seph was a young man that died just outside my window on his motorcycle after hitting a vehicle he couldn't see.  He was only 19 years old.  His family home was only blocks from mine.  Every night they came with candles and crying with the odd emotional fit.  I felt it so deeply that I went down to meet them and comfort them.  I brought more tea lights and played my guitar for them but mostly I listened to them.  I learned what a beautiful loving family they are and what a wonderful young man Seph was.

During the end of this song you will hear traffic driving by as I recorded this with an open microphone on the patio just off Foster and North.
