Jess of OVR

Chiptunes composed and arranged by Jess from OVR (OVeRlanders) between 1991 and 1993, on an Atari 1040 STF home computer which embedded a 3-voices Yamaha YM2149 onboard sound chip. Scores were literally written as huge sequences of hexadecimal data inside a Motorola 68000 Assembler program / player routine coded by BeN from OVR.

This is my winning entry for the music compo at Sommarhack 2015 party in Sweden.

Pulse - compo edit (Atari ST)

Here is a new Atari ST chiptune done for Retrocomp/Loaderror Party in Gdansk 2015. This one was quickly finished before the party and is not as complete as intended (a final version may follow). Anyway, the track is using a number of untypical timer effects for the lead voice and background sounds. Kudos to gwEm's Maxymiser!

Decisive Factor

Just a plain YM-tune without any timer effects, originally composed for an intro which required clock cycle accurate timings so any timer effects were not allowed.
