Ob alleine oder gemeinsam mit Tonelite als GC, beweist er stets Fingerspitzengefühl an den Decks und überzeugte uns bisher mit allen seinen Sets.

French DJ/Producer and Paris’s favourite son, Mr Gonzo, is vying for a stellar 2015 with the release of his huge single “Missing Love b/w Pharaoh” at the start of the year, having gained support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Tom Novy, AC Slater, Danny Tenaglia to name a few as well as Radio 1’s B. Traits, Annie Mac, Monki & Danny Howard.

Having released on labels such as Nurvous previously as well as officially handling remix duties for prestigious acts from Joe Goddard to Alan Braxe to DJ Falcon, it was no surprise that Radio 1’s Annie Mac hand picked his house anthem “Got This Feeling” for her Free Monday’s feature, and repeated plays on Radio 1 & 1XTRA has seen him recently gain support from the likes of  Subsoul and Magnetic Mag to name a few.

His on-point productions are reminiscent of many French acts; wide ranging in influences and comfortable at sitting in the spectrum of house music, whether it be French house/deep house or straight up 90’s house music.

Next up on VIVa LIMITED we have a four track EP from Jacky, an exciting up and coming talent breaking out of the Manchester scene where he holds a residency for well established brand ‘mute!’.

His track ‘Nineteen’ was released earlier this year on Keep It Zen Records, and has since been a fixture of Steve Lawler’s sets, who touted it as his track of the Summer. This recognition earned him a coveted guest appearance for VIVa Warriors at Sankeys Ibiza in August, along with a request to hear new unsigned material, which culminated in the form of the ‘Sinabit EP’.

Angefangen aufzulegen, habe ich aus zwei Gründen:

1. Ich war genervt davon dass überall ständig Männer hinterm Mixer stehen und es als "eher ungewöhnlich" angesehen wird (langsam ändert sich das zum Glück), wenn Frauen härter auf die Tube drücken

2. Jeden Track den ich spiele, empfinde ich als ein einzelnes kleines Individuum und liebe es, wenn diese ineinander fließen und etwas völlig Neues daraus entsteht.
Für mich ist jedes Set eine eigene Klangreise und ich bin vorher immer aufgeregt, wohin es geht.

Auflegen ist für mich meistens eine wunderschöne Bubble, in der es möglich ist, mit den Leuten zusammen, allen Scheiß vor der Türe zu lassen und sich ins absolute Hier und Jetzt zu stürzen.

Dieses „Hier und Jetzt“ hab ich mit jaLLa und einer unglaublichen Crowd in der Räuberhöhle erfahren dürfen und ich muss sagen eine Moment den ich nie vergessen werde. 

Hier auch noch ein Dankeschön an meine Partykumpanen Philipp und Tati … so viel Spaß hat ich selten.

Steffen Neuhaus and Stefan Helmke are Hanne & Lore, a duo from Germany, who have been around with their individual and unconventional sound for years. Over time they’ve always devoted themselves to music by doing label work and events. But they’ve also dedicated most of their time to DJing and creating their own pervasive and unique sound.
The sound of Hanne & Lore cannot be categorized and doesn’t have to be. It’s like a collage of different ideas and approaches, of drums, vocals, or melody-parts. Hanne & Lore create their distinctive tracks such as Malena, Supergirl, Blah or Turn it on, by recording sketches and snippets just on the go during everyday life and then later working them up in the studio.
Their productions are released on labels as Monaberry, Terminal M, My Best Friend, Style Rockets, Kittball, Snatch!, Kraftek or Sunset Handjob. Beyond that they worked with artists such as Super Flu, Zombie Disco Squad, Monkey Safari, Niconé, Oliver Schories, Sébastian Léger or Andhim.
In 2013 the duo founded its own new label Heulsuse, whose releases can practically always be found in the Beatport- and DJ-Charts. Of course, a Heulsuse Podcast-series with guest artists like Thomas Schumacher, Zombie Disco Squad and 7 Days Awake should not be omitted, nor merchandise and concise releases on vinyl and tape!
Hanne & Lore have played in regarded clubs as Ego Club, Birgit&Bier, Wilde Renate, Harry Klein, Flex, Hive or Watergate as well as on festivals as Nature One, Rave on Snow, Nation on Gondwana and the Helene Beach Festival among others.

The bowl sat promptly upon the glass table. Within it sat a billion grains, tiny particles which flickered pale beneath the glow of the spotlight. This was sugar, the sweet taste of dreams. A nation was built upon this crystal speck, its taste delicate to the tongue and the user addicted to its glorious novelty. Sticky and luxurious it offered a taste sensation unlike little else and those who frequently succumbed to the delicious dot were left hypnotised by its lease of life. 

Brighton based producer Tech Support makes a debut appearance on the newly launched Homage record label. The NYC based party come label is set to release its first EP, a delicious blend of disco and house.

The clouds rolled in one by one swallowing up what little was left of the blue sky. The early morning was always a pensive time for self reflection following an evening of little sleep and nightmares. This was to be a dark day, for he had decided so. The alarm rang promptly at seven AM, a jolt to the senses before a cold shower, the sweet minty texture and a grind of teeth. He left for work and marched alongside the thousands, looking towards the sky he gasped. 

Até delivers a three track EP on Athea records. Sparkled with intrigue this is perhaps one of the most interesting records to emerge in the last month, it's hard to believe that we haven't been introduced before
