Kenny, born in Surinam & raised in The Hague, started out as a guitarist, playing in multiple bands with different styles such as metal, rock, pop, jazz and hiphop. After a few years of being in the bands and doing a few projects on the side, he started to play on stages as a singersongwriter and has taken a liken to it.

Break The Cycle is a band who’s mostly orientated at alternitive hardrock.

Break The Cycle was formed in June 2015 in a community called Westland. Though the band has a little more experience; before they played in this formation but with a different drummer and bandname.

The current formation consists of: Arthur Reede (Vocals), Willem van Ruijven (Bass), 
Casper Reede (Guitar), Rico Aalbrecht (Guitar) and Abel Kijzers (drums)
At the rehearsal room where you can find the band weekly, new songs are made and old songs are optimized.

The band get their inspiration from different artists like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shinedown and Foo Fighters.
