Jennifer Bellor is hailed by Textura as a “that rare composer whose music manages to be instantly listenable and emotionally resonant without any compromise to its sophistication.”  Her compositional style, marked by a fusion of influences drawn from imagery, literature, and personal experiences, showcases a melodic richness underscored by jazz and pop-infused harmonies. Her music has been presented widely throughout the U.S. and abroad and has three acclaimed albums to her name. Her debut album Stay (2016), a melting pot of different music styles largely based on poetry, features instrumental and vocal chamber music with jazz and classical musicians. Reflections at Dusk (Innova Recordings, 2019), showcases instrumental music inspired by the Nevada sunsets and her third album, Oneira, features the percussion quartet, Clocks in Motion (Aerocade Music, 2022).

In anticipation of her forthcoming album, Long These Days, slated for release on August 16, 2024, through EMITHA’s prestigious label, Lexicon Classics, Bellor continues to push artistic boundaries. Collaborating with soprano Olivia Yokers, bass singer Norman Espinoza, and electric guitarist Tasos Peltekis, the album promises a captivating journey from dawn to night. Inspired by the timeless poetry of Christina Rossetti and Pablo Neruda, the album’s thematic depth is enriched by instrumental interludes crafted by Bellor on piano and Peltekis’ improvisations on electric guitar.

Bellor holds degrees from Eastman School of Music (PhD), Syracuse University (MM), and Cornell University (BA) and serves as Assistant Professor of Music Composition at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jacksonport comes from the imagination of singer/songwriter John Fatum, named for the small town in Door County, Wisconsin where he spent summers growing up. 

Inspired by collaboration, his records feature artists such as Sarah Jarosz, BAILEN, Bridget Kearney, Rachael Price, Buck Meek, The Brother Brothers, Taylor Ashton, Jack Symes, Wilsen, Hannah Read, Adam Brisbin, J3PO, Ted Taforo, and Steven van Betten. 

After almost 10 years of living in NYC and touring internationally as a member of The RT's, Fatum moved to Los Angeles where he produces records, performs locally, and plays drums for touring acts including GRAMMY winner Sarah Jarosz, Watkins Family Hour, Jack Symes, Wilsen, Buck Meek, and Maya Hawke.

Pianist, Composer/Arranger, and Educator

Whether leading a jazz piano trio or composing for orchestra and film, Reuben Allen is an adept story teller, drawing listeners into the unique experience of every piece. His compositions and arrangements have been performed by the Kenny Barron Quintet at the Village Vanguard, the Houston Symphony Orchestra with The Suffers, the Navy Commodores Jazz Ensemble, and the Eastman Saxophone Project. Reuben’s string quartet arrangement of Aaron Copland’s Hoe Down was performed in Statuary Hall following the Inauguration of President Obama in 2013. 

As a pianist, Reuben has been honored to share the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Dianne Reeves, Bernard Purdie, John Boutté, and Bob Brookmeyer and has performed at the New Orleans, Torino, and Stanford Jazz Festivals as well as at venues including The Blue Note and Dizzy's Club Coca Cola in New York City. In May of 2019 he performed the music of Thelonious Monk as part of the Music for a Great Space Series in Greensboro, North Carolina with the Kevin McDonald Trio. As a composer for film, he created music to the documentary "Lives Visible" which explores the history of Chicago's lesbian community and contributed to the feature film "The Second Sun" as an arranger and orchestrator. 


Born just north of Chicago into a family of artists and art appreciators, Reuben grew up listening to music by local and touring jazz masters at the Jazz Showcase, the world renowned Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and a diverse mix of genres over family meals thanks to his parents and their record collection. Upon discovering albums by Duke Ellington, Oscar Peterson, and Miles Davis, he began studying jazz and classical piano earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Eastman School of Music in Jazz Performance and Jazz Composition/Arranging as well as the Artist Diploma in Jazz Studies from Juilliard. He currently lives in New York where he is an active performer and composer, and teaches jazz piano courses at the Juilliard Evening Division.
