Train to Bantham is a song dedicated to all those people out there who feel they need a break. Not necessarily a break from just their work but from the constant deluge of technological gadgets that has taken over our lives; laptops, mobile phones and all the Apps and stuff that goes with them. Bantham is a beautiful part of the coast in south Devon. It is a sanctuary a completely undisturbed conservation area that has stayed the same for centuries. The song advocates that, just for one day, we exchange our mobile phones for a sea shell and listen to the  sea instead of..........

This is an excellent version of an old song of mine (Jeff Lowe) sung by my niece Holly Jazz Kotze. This was produced by Dave Lowe and Jeff Lowe and Holly Jazz Kotze (was Lowe) Great Bass playing by Dave Lowe. Main riff guitar is played by me (Jeff Lowe) on a Telecaster that belonged to Dave Greaves. I wanted to buy that guitar but he wouldn't sell it.  Great Sound!!

This track is called "Streams of Love" which is taken from the Album "Songs for Hestia". It was a kind of interim album that I managed to make while we were in the middle of moving. "Streams of Love" is about an awakening, about staring the fear of being hurt in the face and taking a gamble to love someone and put your heart on the line.

The Ballad Of Repro And Central


This song is called 'Changeling' and was co-written between me and my friend Tom. It's a very rough demo and everything you hear in this demo was just put down in one take - I wrote the words as I went along. Which is why I entered it into the 'work in progress' catergory. Tom wrote an initial couple of lines with a bit of the melody you hear in the verse, and I really liked it and it played on my mind a lot. So one morning last year, I just locked myself alone in the studio for the 2.5 hours I had while my daughter was at nursery,  and let the inspiration take over.
