Take your time (Original mix)

This is a little something I started working on last night...a musical interpretation of the firestorm that breached Queens Canyon and spilled over into the Mountain Shadows subdivision of Colorado Springs, taking out one house after another.  This is definitely a work in progress. 

Update: 346 homes burned to the ground within hours.  The horror cannot be captured by instruments...this is my impression of it all.

Why?

13-year old Dylan went missing on Nov. 19, 2012 while visiting his father in Bayfield, CO.  Since then, he has been the subject of one of the most wide-spread social media search parties in the history of the internet.  I have followed the story every day, from day one.  While working on "I Have A Dream", written for Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2013, I couldn't help but think of Dylan and those whose dreams for the past two months is simply finding him safe and sound.   I am compiling photos from the Facebook page bearing his name and with permission from his family, hope to be able to tie them into a Youtube video for distribution in any way that just might help.
